In fact, multiple awards and accolades later, his melt-in-your-mouth, fall-off-the-bone barbecue has actually reset the bar for ’cue across the country.
With absolutely no plans to expand, if you want to try Franklin’s, you'll need to wait in line like everyone else so come early and bring a lawn chair to sit in. The sign out front says they’re open from “11 AM until out of food,” and food this good goes fast!
