Volk’s Electric Railway
The world's oldest electric railway
Running along the length of the beach between the pier and the marina since 1883, Volks is the oldest electric railway in the world.
At the visitor centre, passengers can pick up a family activity trail map to take along on the journey.
The little train chugs along the track and it's a fun way to take in the sights of Brighton's coastline for all the family.
