Many resorts put on an Island Night Feast and Cultural Show, where you’ll try local food and watch a dance and musical performance.
Tumutoa Tours offer a host of different activities, including an umu cooking class, fire making, coconut husking, coconut tree climbing lessons, weaving, and local story telling & history.
Te Vara Nui Village in Muri offers cultural tours, while the Cook Islands Museum of Cultural Enterprise - Te Ara, also in Muri, is the pick of the islands’ museums on the history and culture of the Cooks.
