Offering culinary exotica in an Old Town location, Azur was established by a pair of local brothers who cooked their way around the globe before returning home to open the fusion restaurant they thought the city deserved.

The seasonally changing menu features local meat and fish spiced up with a creative pinch of predominantly Asiatic seasonings. There’s always something vegan on the menu (the amaranth balls are a long-standing favourite); and the list of starters ensures that you can snack your way through light bites instead of sticking to a main course each.
