Easter

Pâques

Easter or Pâques is a very important holiday in France and it is celebrated all over the country in many different ways although eggs, egg hunts and Easter Bunnies feature like they do in most countries as do festive markets.

Since it is Christian Festival the churches have special services as it marks the resurrection of Christ and the end of the 40 days of Lent.

Easter Monday is a public holiday so expect all the shops and services to be closed.
