Lalla Hasna Park
Garden behind the Koutoubia - حديقة لالة حسنة
Lalla Hasna Park is a pretty garden just west of the Koutoubia. Laid out with pools, roses, palms and orange trees, it’s the prefect place to stroll or sit while enjoying views of the mosque.
The tomb of Marrakesh’s founder, the Almoravid ruler Youssef ibn Tachfine, is just south of the park, across Avenue Houman el Fatouaki (31.621258, -7.993749), but isn't open to the public.
A couple of hundred metres west of it is the famous La Mamounia hotel, with its extensive grounds, which you can visit on an (expensive) day pass.
