Tipping

A little here & there

Tabletop

In restaurants it is customary to tip 10% to 15%, while at hotels leave about 5% to 10% of your room costs for housekeeping.

Bartenders and taxi drivers generally do not expect tips so anything extra is greatly appreciated.

M$5-10 usually covers grocery store baggers as well as car-parking and gas station attendants.

For hotel porters, airport skycaps and food delivery drivers tack on at least M$20 per bag or order.
