Sushi Mura

Cevisushi (l,d; $$)

Sushi Mura is sushi first and ceviche second.

This tiny restaurant has only two tables inside but also has outdoor seating. Sushi in Peru is its own thing, that only on the surface resembles Japanese sushi.

Don’t expect the kind of sushi menu that you’d see in Tokyo or even New York.

Do expect to be surprised by Peruvian flavors made into a sushi roll.
