Lima Neighborhoods
Lima is a massive city but there are only four neighborhoods I recommend for the average traveler. These four have the most interesting places to do and things to do. They are also the safest parts of the city. (Theft is a major problem in Lima).
Check out Barranco for fun murals and the bohemian vibe of this artistic part of the city. Go to Central Lima for the best colonial buildings and museums. Miraflores has the best views of the coast and beaches, along with the best hotels and restaurants. San Isidro is a close second for the best restaurants and also has great museums.
