Cicciolina
Italian-Peruvian Dining & Tapas (l,d; $$)
The restaurant is excellent, with equally excellent service. It’s a white table cloth sort of place and unlike most Cusco restaurants, I recommend making a reservation for dinner.
It’s also a great place for tapas and has an extensive wine menu. You don’t need reservations for tapas at the bar or on the balcony. The outdoor seating has great views of San Blas on one side and Hatun Rumiyoc on the other.
