This legendary restaurant has won several awards for its exemplary cuisine, and though the a la carte menu features some great dishes, such as lamb shank massaman, the best choice here is to go for a set menu and trust to the chef’s flair for combining dishes, paired with wines if you like.
Prices here are steep so this is definitely one for a splurge, but as you savour the subtle flavours and look out over the Andaman Sea, you might just experience one of those rare perfect moments.
