Fernie Visitor Info Centre

The larger of two Fernie info centres

Fernie’s main visitor info center (102 Commerce Rd) with the full range of local information, as well as a good stock of BC-wide leaflets and brochures.

Look out for copies of the glossy Fernie Fix, the local listings magazine, which also produces free seasonal guides to the town.

Another source of local info is the local newspaper the Fernie Free Press.

This visitor centre contains a small room on local natural history.

The town’s other visitor centre is attached to the Downtown Fernie Museum.
