Four Lakes Mountain Bike Tour

Scenic trails close to town: 2hrs/10km/moderate

Scenic mountain bike ride with a bit of everything: town views, lakeside trails and plenty of singletrack. This is a good introduction to what Jasper has to offer fat tires without venturing far from town: and there are plenty of options to lengthen and shorten the well-marked trails too. Start

The trailhead parking lot lies just off Pyramid Lake road behind the Jasper rec centre.

Directions

Follow the trail to the left (south) to do the loop in the suggested clockwise direction – though either direction works well.

Follow signs to Cabin Lake, then Mina, Riley and Cottonwood Lakes. Then you hit a parking lot by the Pyramid Lake Road that you need to cross to find the trail back to town.
