OZONE
Stratospheric views from the world's highest bar ($$$)
There’s something surreal about sipping a cocktail on the 118th floor of the world’s highest hotel, especially if you don’t stop at just one of the signature cocktails (around HK$200 each) for which OZONE is known (and who could resist the Dragon’s Back with vodka, raspberry, Elderflower, lime and basil Yuzu foam). It also offers a substantial wine, sake, and whiskey menu.
To keep from getting too light-headed, imbibe in some Asian tapas, sushi, imported oysters, or the delicious Wagyu beef mini-burger. Or, come for the fabulous four-course Sunday brunch buffet, the price of which is stratospheric but includes free-flowing Dom Perignon (you can get it without alcohol, but, really, why bother?). In any case, OZONE will earn you bragging rights, so don’t forget to document your ascent with your phone or camera for that Facebook post.
