Chef Gabriela Cámara made a huge splash when she introduced her signature tuna tostadas (marinated tuna loin topped with crispy leaks) to Mexico City nearly 25 years ago.
It’s still a big hit, as is the succulent pescado a la talla (grilled fish brushed with chili adobo and parsley sauces). Reserve ahead.
