Shops & Shopping

Mexico City, Mexico, December 2013

Mexico City is a shoppers’ paradise thanks to its many crafts stores, hip boutique shops, large shopping centers and quirky flea markets.

Clothing and jewelry stores line the pedestrian thoroughfare Avenida Madero in the Centro Histórico, while in Polanco, Avenida Masaryk is dotted with upscale designer stores similar to what you’d find along London’s Bond Street.

Browse for reasonably priced crafts at La Ciudadela and El Bazaar Sábado, or if you prefer something along the lines of a modern mall, open-air Antara does the trick.
