Navette Maritime

Ferry for commuters & cyclists (mid-May–Oct)

Navette Montréal-Parc Jean-Drapeau-Longueuil

The Navette Maritime ferry crosses the St Lawrence river to connect The Old Port with Parc Jean Drapeau (14 daily; 10mins; $4.25 one way) and goes on to Longueuil (14 daily; 30mins; $7.75 one way), a big feeder city – and a sizeable chunk of the greater Montreal Metro area.

It's a useful service for cyclists, as bikes are welcome on board and it's easy to connect with cycle paths to ride back to Montreal.

The ferry leaves from The Old Port at the Jacques Cartier Quay.
