Barbie Expo

Barbie Tussauds

Even if the idea of hundreds of costumed Barbies is one you'd love to hate, it's hard not to raise a smile here. Tucked away in a corner of the Les Cours Mall, this free little exhibition is compelling, even if it's kitsch.

It's certainly fun for kids, but mostly it's aimed at fashion and celebratory-conscious adults who will appreciate the meticulous details in all the getups.

The history of fashion is covered by the dolls' costumes, while some are dressed by various global fashion houses.

Other Barbies are in national costume from around the world, and a few have been placed in street-scenes.

To help you get involved, there's also a human-sized presentation box to climb into for a photo opp.
