Broadway at the Beach is a shopping, dining and entertainment complex. It is not literally at the beach. It’s in the city of Myrtle Beach.

More than 100 specialty shops, 20 restaurants including the popular Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, several nightclubs and three hotels including Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn Marriott and Holiday Inn Express are laid out around a 23-acre man-made lake. Crowds of visitors and locals come here any day for browsing, entertainment or eats.

WonderWorks, an upside down house, is a sort of science museum with interactive exhibits. It includes as outdoor zip line and ropes course.

Ripley’s Aquarium is a must-see for many families. Summer fireworks and frequent special events add to the attraction year-round. Expect shops, restaurants, clubs or activities to change from time to time. The hours of operation change with the seasons.
