Barefoot Landing

Barefoot Landing, a shopping, dining, entertainment complex, is along the Intracoastal Waterway. Bridges across the marsh and ponds lead throughout the sections amidst displays of shorebirds and turtles with an occasional alligator sliding through the water.

More than a dozen specialty and retail shops include outlets and boutiques. Restaurants usually number 12 or 14 including casual fine dining in Greg Norman’s Australian Grille, great Italian in Umberto’s, a perfect waterway view from Flying Fish plus several seafood, burger, rib, fast food, ice cream and more choices. Watch for news about renovations to the entire complex and check out the new brewery opened in 2021.
