Camping

Myrtle Beach 2011-06-22 043

Camping is popular throughout the area for those who choose to drive their camper, pitch a tent or rent a spot before arriving. Anglers and long-term visitors find many oceanfront sites both comfortable and economical.

It's especially important to make reservations with the state parks, Huntington Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach State Park which are often booked as much as a year in advance.
