Huntington Beach State Park
Camping, swimming, fishing, birding & history

Campers will find 107 standard sites, 24 full hook-up, 6 tent sites and 4 primitive group sites. It’s a dog-friendly park with leashes required and no pet admittance to buildings or on the north end of the beach.

Picnic shelters, a park store, geocaching, an education center and hiking trails are available. State programs for all ages and many interests and notable birding opportunities vary throughout the seasons.
The beach is pristine and inviting along three miles of the Atlantic coast. TripAdvisor awarded a recent Certificate of Excellence to this 2500-acre park.
The Atalaya Moorish-castle-style winter home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington is open for tours daily in addition to being the site of an annual arts festival.
