The Modern Centre
The hub of Nice's Modern Centre is the red ochre arcaded Place Masséna, named after one of Napoleon’s generals, with its controversial fountain and sculptures representing The Seven Thinkers.
Leading off the Place are Boulevard Jean Médicin and Rue Masséna which offer a paradise for those visitors wishing to indulge in some retail therapy!
A few minutes walk from here brings you to the fabulous Promenade des Anglais and the world famous Hotel Negresco and the twenty five beaches along the beautiful Baie des Anges.
Itineraries
