Located above chic Shanghai Tang in Central, it’s simply decorated (the artwork speaks for itself) and offers all the Cantonese classics, including its signature crispy salted chicken, Peking duck, barbecued pork, Kagoshima Wagyu beef, plus dim sum for lunch.
