A bird's-eye view of the sprawling capital
The observation deck of downtown’s tallest skyscraper affords sweeping views of the city from about 165 meters (545 feet) above, as does the Torre’s restaurant-bar on floor 41.
Engineered to withstand powerful earthquakes, the tower is no longer the city’s tallest building but it remains one of the safest. Admission includes entry to a small museum detailing the building’s history.
