Brazilian steakhouse churrascaria (d, $$$)

Rioz welcomes meat lovers and big eaters. It’s heaven on a hot skewer. It’s also a fine choice for celebrating a special occasion, as it’s not a quick stop. It’s an evening filled with leisurely dining.

The only choices are either salad bar or meat dinner, with two price points. The salad bar includes much more than salad with hot and cold seafood and vegetables, sushi, steamed shrimp, breads and cheeses.

The meats are served by Brazilian gauchos continuously roaming the dining room. Foods include 15 or more different cuts and preparations of lamb, pork, beef, chicken and sausages. A red or green button you can flip at your place signals whether they stop to slice off a serving for you.

Rioz is an experience with plenty of juicy delicious food and a fun ambiance.
