LICC Ice cream

A hidden sweet treat for visitors and locals alike

LICC (= Luxury Ice Cream Company) is tucked away in the small streets off Stonegate, opposite the back entrance of Brown's department store.

For ice-cream enthusiasts, the varied range of upmarket ice-cream flavours of the local maker is a welcome addition to the run-of-the-mill offerings elsewhere in the city.

It's rounded off with a selection of extravagant-looking cup cakes, for those who like that sort of thing. And they make all their ice-cream themselves.

If walking and licking is not your thing, then there are a couple of tables crammed into the tiny shop, with more seating in the quiet street outside in fine weather.

Drinks also available.
