Beaches
With over 13,676 kilometres (8,498 mi) of coastline, Greece is the largest in the Mediterranean Basin.
It would be impossible to cover all its incredible beaches here – but here are some you wouldn’t want to miss if you’re nearby.
The season for beach life almost everywhere spans from May to September, but in the Dodecanese Islands that are located further south, the weather and temperatures stay warm right up until November time–meaning beach relaxation can last way into the autumn.
