Wineries
Indiana, with its varied topography from the Lake Michigan Shoreline to the Ohio River, boasts two American Viticultural Areas (AVA): the Ohio River Valley AVA that also contains portions of Kentucky and Ohio, and the Indiana Uplands AVA located in south-central Indiana, a region including Oliver Winery, the state’s oldest winery.
So, while driving safe, explore the wineries that dot the Indiana landscape from big cities to rural hamlets. May grapes rule!
