This list includes sections dedicated to Scotland's best Gourmet Restaurants and to Edinburgh's Restaurants.

Otherwise, there's also a good Glasgow option and a few others you might go out of your way for in the Highlands: in Fort William, in Glencoe and in Aviemore.
