Horizon Plaza

Warehouse filled with antiques, furniture, decor & clothing

Hongkongers in the know flock to Horizon Plaza to peruse racks of last season’s discounted designer clothes in outlets like Joyce, Lane Crawford and The Swank (a well-known local fashion house carrying international brands). They also come to furnish their apartments and to buy baby accessories like strollers and toys.

In fact, Horizon Plaza is so huge–25 floors of almost 100 independent stores and outlets–that you could easily spend an entire day here. Pick up the brochure at the ground floor counter listing the various shops, including those selling both Western and Chinese furniture, Asian antiques, carpets, home accessories (there’s a Shanghai Tang here), and even wine.

Although this former warehouse is located on the island of Ap Lei Chau, it’s connected to Aberdeen by bridge.
