Indianapolis
Indianapolis's bustling Downtown has a multitude of attractions ranging include a carriage ride through the downtown, a walk along the canal, a visit to the Indiana War Memorial, the Indianapolis City Market, Madam Walker Legacy Center, named in honor of Madam CJ Walker, the first female millionaire in the U.S.
And let's not forget the White River State Park, a huge urban state park which includes Indianapolis Zoo.
There’s a lot more just Outside Downtown too, including enjoyable neighborhoods like Broad Ripple Village and
Mass Avenue; a glut of parks & gardens and the Indiana Medical History Museum, the nation's oldest surviving pathology laboratory. This fascinating place was a state-of-the-art facility in the late 1800s.
